What we offer
Our large staff lets us address a broad range of needs with different treatment options. Care always begins with an assessment, and frequency and duration are decided together with your therapist.
One-on-one therapy with a mental health counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage and family therapist. It begins with an in-depth assessment of the identified concern, and the pace is a collaborative effort between you and your therapist.
Family members work together with a clinician. Sometimes several therapists collaborate to serve each individual and the family as a whole.
Couples therapy aims to improve relationships and resolve interpersonal conflict. We can arrange for different therapists to provide individual and couples therapy when that's the best fit.
An effective option for many people. We routinely offer groups for children and adolescents, a parenting support group, an LGBTQ+ young adults support group, and a group for young adults transitioning to "adulting." New groups form as needs arise.
Care provided remotely by phone or computer video. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, and your therapist will walk you through the setup so you're comfortable before your first session.
Psychiatric evaluation and/or medication management with a licensed provider, available for clients actively engaged with a Bay Area Behavioral Services therapist.
